Deliverance From Evil Dreams

                                                                                               

Isaiah 29:8, "It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion" (KJV)

Ecclesiastes 5: 3,7 "For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words."

 "For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities: but fear thou God." (KJV)


Job 7:13-15, "When I say, My bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaints;

Then thou scarest me with dreams, and terrifiest me through visions:

So that my soul chooseth strangling, and death rather than my life. (KJV)



A lot of people are affected by bad dreams, strange dreams, night visions, and nightmares. I normally visit the yahoo answers page (answers.yahoo.com) on the Dreams and Interpretation section to interpret dreams, I found out that people have a lot of bad dreams, scary dreams, and nightmares in every part of the world - some they don't understand or couldn't interpret accurately until it is too late.


Some dreams are relayed to us via the wisdom of God and you may need a dream interpreter to get it right.


 Examples of evil dreams are:


When someone is being pursued in the dream


Relating with the dead in the dream


Seeing yourself by a grave or a graveyard.



Seeing or communicating with strange and evil beings in the dream, including strange animals, beasts, and reptiles.


Fighting giants and horrible-looking beings.


Seeing, being pursued by or, being bitten by snakes and other animals.


Eating things in the dream


Being shot, killed or beheaded in the dream.


Seeing corpses. Dreaming about ghastly accidents or terror in the dream.


Been molested, robbed or beaten in the dream.


     And so on.



                                        WHERE (BAD) DREAMS COME FROM


JOB 33: 14-19,
"For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.

 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed;

Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,

 That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.

 He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.

He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones with strong pain:

So that his life abhorreth bread, and his soul dainty meat." (kjv)

1. Your state of mind: Worry, anxiety, fear, dejection, depression, sorrow can all result in having bad dreams. Maintain a good, and positive state of mind at all times. Pray and leave all your problems to God and His Spirit.


2. 'Businesses' - All your thinking and activities all day contributes to your dreams. If you do good, you will have good dreams, if you do bad, you may have evil dreams - as a warning to you. Do the right thing: do not steal time or money. Do not deliberately hurt or harm someone.



3. Food: Watch where and what you eat. Eating in a dirty environment is bad. Eating by the roadside is bad. Eating as you are going along the street is bad. Eating late in the night is bad. Going to bed on an empty stomach is bad as it may result in eating in the dream. Eating anyhow is risky.


4. Satanic protection: If you live where satanic tools are employed as a means of protection or you use satanic tools to protect yourself, the demons in those tools will afflict the person and can cause negative dreams.


5. Dirtiness and uncleanness will give you negative dreams.


6.Demonic assaults.


7. Satanic pollution and witchcraft.


8. Foundational problems/bondages.


9.Cultism.


10.Possession with marine spirits or initiation to marine spirits.


11. Indiscriminate sex: When someone has had sex with satanic agents, witches, and demonic guys/girls, it will definitely cause bad dreams and strange dreams.

 

12. Curses and covenants: They bring humiliation and sorrows in the dream.




JOB 4: 12-18, "Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof.

 In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men,

 Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.

Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:

It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying,

Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?

Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:" (KJV)



                              DELIVERANCE FROM BAD DREAMS


 Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior.


Be strong in the Lord and be pure.


Be a giver. Giving averts many dangerous things.


 PRAY THE FOLLOWING PRAYERS:


 i.O Lord, baptize me with the Holyghost and fire, in the name of Jesus.


ii. O Lord, sanitize my dreams in the name of Jesus.


iii. Father make me stronger than my enemies in the name of Jesus.


iv. O Lord, cleanse me and purify me in the name of Jesus.



v. O Lord, slay my strongman in the name of Jesus.



vi. O Lord, empower me for my journey in life in the name of Jesus.
